Utilization Management Director (RN)

We are seeking a Utilization Management Director (RN) to lead the Utilization Management Department and develop the UM strategy for the Alliance. This is a hybrid position with approximately 1-2 days of work in the service area(s) per month.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of utilization management
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of clinical nursing
• Title 22, Knox Keene, Medicaid, Medicare, entitlement programs, and related regulations
• The principles and practices of managed care
• UM documentation requirements necessary to satisfy regulatory audits
