The Caseworker 2 position involves performing advanced and complex casework with individuals participating in the Youth Empowerment Services Team, serving as a liaison between clients and their families, and providing wraparound intensive case management to reduce out-of-home placements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in casework
• Valid drivers' license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to assess client needs, coordinate client services, and work well with others
• Knowledge of community resources, case management principles, and program policies and procedures
• Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs, effectively handle potentially aggressive behavior, and present a professional appearance
