Head of Land Acquisition and Land Management: Participate in setting up plans, strategies, and policies for land and site acquisition, lead and implement directions to overall operations of land and site acquisition, and negotiate land purchase contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of responsible experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
• Understands market and industry trends
• Have land negotiation and contract skills
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have communication skills, both verbal and written
