As an Insurance Product Manager- Personal Lines, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and will focus on evaluating the market and competitive landscape, defining the value and viability of opportunities and making prioritized decisions regarding your product area.
Requirements
- Conduct market discovery through research relating to the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technology affecting your product area in assigned states
- Work closely with digital product, business intelligence, pricing, data science and underwriting to understand your product portfolio and define your target customer
- Own the P&L performance of your product and drive its profitability
- Identify, research, evaluate, and prioritize product development and enhancement opportunities
- Create and manage a product roadmap and coordinate with cross-functional team
- Track progress towards business outcomes
- Track financial and performance metrics to understand progress towards product and business outcomes
