The Program & Summer Camp Director supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit to strengthen the community, by promoting healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development.
Requirements
- Collaborates with Senior Program Director and Director of Operations to promote healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development.
- Actively participates in YMCA’s strategic plan development and execution with CEO, Director of Operations, and other directors.
- Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules, and directs personnel and volunteers as needed.
- Designs and implements purchasing, inventory, marketing, staff training, curriculum, scheduling, and communication processes.
- Oversees all camp operations to ensure ongoing surveillance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and meeting the standard of care.
