Requirements
- Current Ohio RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years experience in ICU, ER, Preop, PACU, or Circulating
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- A proactive, humble, collaborative attitude - no task is beneath you
- Ability to give and receive feedback with professionalism and grace
- Ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and composed when it matters most
