Float Lab Assistant -All COMC Locations

The Laboratory Assistant will render professional quality health care to patients, under the clinic provider’s supervision. Responsibilities include collecting and preparing blood samples, maintaining laboratory and radiology areas, and recording information.

Requirements

• Must be aware of and comply with required services and data, according to the Health Care Plan and the Quality Assurance Plan of Central Ozarks Medical Center.
• Must provide courteous service to all patients.
• Must be comfortable using computer hardware and software as well as computerized equipment.
• Must be CPR/BLS certified or become certified during probationary period and maintain certification throughout employment with COMC.
