Parts Specialist to help support customer support mission by working behind the counter, providing excellent customer service, and performing daily and weekly shipments.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Work closely with vendors and customers to provide parts in a timely manner
- Prepare/perform daily & weekly shipments
- Organize and ship parts
- Provide shipping and receiving department support when needed
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for shipping & receiving
- Research websites and vendor databases for parts pricing
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell to retail customers
- Assist customers with exchanges, returns and warranty claims
- Work to reduce overstocking and to remove obsolete parts
- Support Service Department to ensure adequate stocking and timely arrival of necessary parts
- Follow up with retail customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction
