The Service Advisor is a Liaison between the Service Department and customers, responsible for taking ownership of repair orders, communicating with customers and technicians, and meeting service upselling goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma required, technical education in Automotive, Diesel or related field a plus
- Experience in a shop environment, heavy-duty diesel shop experience preferred
- Excede software experience preferred
- 2+ years sales experience, specifically upselling service
- 3+ years experience and industry knowledge preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
