Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to help support our mission of forging long-lasting partnerships by providing first-class customer support. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing and/or supervising the Service Department, maintaining staff levels, inventory, and customer relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree and/or technical education in Automotive, Diesel or related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in a heavy-duty diesel shop
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
