Job Description
We are currently hiring for an Area Production Manager based out of our Fenton, MO office, with a regional presence of 11 locations. The Production Manager position will focus on day-to-day operations for the region's 10 limestone quarries and 1 granite and trap rock quarry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the mining industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Safety-minded and goal-oriented
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to provide strong leadership to Superintendents and motivate to achieve various production goals with optimal efficiency
- Ability to dissect complex situation and determine the most cost effective solution
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
