Central Stone is seeking an experienced Aggregate Sales Manager for our St. Louis Region. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Fenton, MO Regional Office. The role oversees regional sales and marketing activities, supervises a team of salespeople, and requires regular travel throughout the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales related position
- Familiarity with Financial Reporting with an ability to think in numbers
- Ability to make, meet, and exceed SMART Sales Goals
- Skilled in Negotiations and Selling to Customer Needs
- Sales Planning experience and proper motivation for sales activity
- Ability to build and develop effective relationships
- Ability to develop, lead, and motivate a high performance sales team
- Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
