Job Description
Join our R&D team as a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong front-end mindset to contribute across the entire product value chain, working on both back-end logic and the front-end user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong front-end mindset
- Experience improving software development processes.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting.
- Proficiency with development tools: Git, CI/CD, Docker, and familiarity with cloud computing.
- Strong sense of autonomy, with the ability to work effectively in a team while independently managing priorities.
- Strong commitment to code quality and security.
- Sensitivity to open-source culture.
- Strong interest in observability.
- High awareness of user experience (performance, usability, ergonomics, etc.).
