Requirements

• Oversee progress of entire engagement in the preparation of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances.
• Research complex technical accounting topics and identify relevant guidance and corresponding SEC rules and regulations.
• Begin to write basic technical accounting memos.
• Identify opportunities for ancillary service offerings and bring them to the attention of the engagement director.
• Lead all client calls and manage project status with managers and staff.
• Responsible for understanding engagement economics and leveraging the team appropriately.
