Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

Centria Healthcare is seeking experienced RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Opportunities include pediatric and adult cases with varying levels of complexity, requiring trach, vent, and g-tube care, among others. Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred
• Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful
