Job Description
Join PH Jones, a family of brands revolutionising how we power the planet, as an Air Source Heat Pump S&R Engineer. The role involves servicing, diagnosing, and repairing Air Source Heat Pump systems in domestic properties, ensuring systems run at their best and customers receive a first-class experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience servicing and repairing Air Source Heat Pump systems
- Strong understanding of low-temperature heating systems and controls
- Electrical fault-finding skills relevant to heating systems
- Experience working in occupied domestic properties
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet productivity targets
- Knowledge of domestic renewable heating regulations
- Strong customer service mindset in a field-based role
- Awareness of health, safety and compliance requirements
- MCS awareness
- Experience with control systems including weather compensation, zoning and hybrid systems
