Head of Global Engineering

We are looking for a Global Corporate Head – Engineering to lead our global engineering function and drive engineering excellence across our manufacturing network.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in API/Pharma engineering.
• Proven experience managing multi-country engineering operations.
• Strong exposure to global engineering governance, process safety, and CapEx.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
• Experience in OT, automation, or digital engineering will be an advantage.
