Instrumentalist-Metrologist Engineer (Maintenance) responsible for executing Preventive Maintenance routines, Corrective Maintenance, and Projects, and solving problems and faults in process control systems and instruments. Requires 2 years of experience in Maintenance areas, skills in Personnel management, and knowledge of calibration methods, configuration, and software-based control systems.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Maintenance areas
- Calibration methods of instruments (pressure, differential pressure, temperature, level, pH, weight, mass, humidity, speed, etc.)
- Generate analysis or failure time estimation of mounted instruments in processes
- Calibration, adjustment, disassembly of control valves
- Replacement of instruments (mounting, configuration, calibration, and startup)
- Knowledge of configuration, startup of communication protocols (Hart, fieldbus)
- Technical analysis of instruments for change or implementation
- Preparation of internal procedures in accordance with current calibration standards
- Knowledge and configuration in Siemens software-based control systems (TIA Portal) distributed control systems (Delta V)
- Preparation, analysis, and improvement of thermodynamic studies
- Preparation, control, and filing of instrument calibration documentation
- Management and loading of calibration files in the SAP system
- Managing and implementing adjustments or changes to various measurement systems for correct operation
- Knowledge of advanced metrology concepts
- Use of analytical elements. And application of adimensional calibration
- Management and control of external calibration and certification providers
- Teamwork, correct use of tools and measurement, calibration, and configuration equipment
- Active participation in process improvement
