Bioinformatics Scientist - Population Genomics

Centrillion is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist specializing in Population Genomics to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, developing and applying new population genomics algorithms and guiding future product development based on advances in the field.

Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics/statistics/bioinformatics with a degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical, coding, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with population genomics methods, including building models for population classification using allele frequency data
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
• Experience analyzing NGS data sets
