Job Description
Join our team as a Center Aide and work in a multifaceted role supporting the classroom, playground, kitchen, family services, and developmental specialties. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe environment, fostering growth and development, and promoting inclusivity and positivity.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No prior education or experience required, enthusiasm to work with children is vital
- Physical demands include extended periods of walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting 50 pounds
- Comfortable sitting on the floor, crawling, running, and performing caregiving tasks
- Proficiency in Spanish and English a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred, CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education or related field advantageous
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's permits required or acquired within 30 days
