Mechanics perform maintenance service on construction vehicles and large equipment and machines. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of small engines, preventative maintenance, inventory record maintenance, and after-hours support.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of construction related equipment
- Existing CDL or ability/willingness to obtain Class A CDL
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card
- Join and maintain Union membership
