SHEQ Advisor I-Electric

Centuri Group is seeking a SHEQ Advisor I-Electric to promote and influence the SHEQ program in field operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of electric utility, construction, or safety professional experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role involves conducting incident reviews, completing internal SHEQ assessments, and providing instruction as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SHEQ tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of electric utility, construction, or safety professional experience required
• OSHA 30 and CPR/AED First Aid required
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70e guidelines
• Experience using technology
• Experience managing projects simultaneously across multiple sites
• Experience applying adult learning principles and training techniques
• Experience coaching without formal authority
