IT Support Technician for Hanscom Air Force Base, supporting the 66th Air Base Group to secure information and information systems. Job responsibilities include functional systems administration, information system security officer duties, and unit software license management.

Requirements

• Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11)
• Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Familiar with computer hardware and peripheral devices for identification and tracking purposes
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
