Bilingual Call Centre Representative

The Bilingual Call Centre Representative is responsible for handling prospective and current Resident inquiries, organizing visitor showings, and tracking leads. They will promote a strong sense of community and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Full availability to work days, evenings and weekends
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
• Strong typing skills and computer knowledge
• Fluently bilingual, written and spoken, in English and French
