Job Description
The Technical Writer I revises or writes standardized material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience authoring technical manuals
- High School Diploma
- Secret US DoD security clearance
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel
- Direct experience with development of Tomahawk Weapons Control System technical documentation products
