- 10+ years of progressive revenue leadership
- High-ticket sales experience
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) automations and pipelines
- Strong leadership skills with ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
