Disability Support Practitioner

Delivering personalized support in a group home setting, assisting clients with daily tasks, and supporting them to engage with their community. Opportunities for flexible working hours and shifts, as well as a nationally recognized qualification.

Requirements

• Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20 hours
• Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
• Ability to travel locally across the North Shore
