Join our team at US Waffle Company as a Production Lead - 1st Shift and play a critical role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Facilitate team meetings for respective line.
- Demonstrate Safety leadership and Enforce safe work practices.
- Update communication boards for daily âhotâ handoffs.
- Manage department staffing plan and direct hourly production staff.
- Maintain 85% floor presence and 15% admin presence.
