Principal AI Scientist

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized LLM solutions, innovate and enhance existing CaLLM to lead the bleeding edge of Generative AI, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, ASR, and language modeling.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing LLMs, finetuning, distillation, layer pruning, and building new multimodal LLMs
• Commercial deployments, post-deployment support, model-profiling, and optimization experience
• Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Exceptional programming skills in Python and implementation of complex machine learning algorithms
• Proven track-record in developing ASR systems, successfully working with diverse elements
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and collaborative mindset
