Clinical Account Manager - Norfolk

We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager to launch new hospitals and drive organic growth of existing install base. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of critical care sales experience or equivalent, and be able to build advocacy and champions within facilities. The role requires strong project management skills, clinical training, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of critical care sales experience
• Medical device or pharma sales experience
• RN experience with industry experience in supporting sales teams
• Excellent communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess and understand different stakeholders' needs and wants
• Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change
• Grit and high integrity
