The Provider Management Analyst is responsible for verifying provider information and requests for documentation to audit claims, ensuring proper delivery of requests. This is a remote position with a focus on strict confidentiality and timely delivery of results.
Requirements
- Verifying provider information and requests for documentation
- Communicating with leadership on issues or problems identified
- Maintaining production standards and quality of work
- Assisting coworkers and supervisor to accomplish product goals
- Ensuring confidentiality of medical records and PHI
- Outbound calling may be needed
