Job Description
Lead projects to evaluate new technology ideas and develop them into differentiated new products. Work with Business Units to develop Business Hypotheses and project plans. Ensure IP protection and travel 5-10%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in design and development of technology or products
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate well at all levels
- Experience working in a process-based system
- Experience with stage gate process
- Experience in interfacing directly with product end-users
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Comfortable in making decisions and dealing with ambiguity
- Project Management experience with proven results
- MS Project experience
