Project Manager - Concrete Commercial Division

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to manage multiple new construction projects from start to finish with estimating experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, and 5+ years of construction project management experience from a subcontractor's perspective. Concrete construction management experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of construction project management experience from a subcontractor's perspective
• Experience managing multiple projects at one time
• Proven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety, and quality
• Superior communication skills
• Computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products and construction programs such as Timberline and PlanSwift
