AI Creative Design Junior Associate

AI Creative Design Junior Associate supports creative ideation and content production using generative AI tools and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on prompt development, content production, documentation, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
• Ability to design and refine structured prompts to generate visual, video, or text-based creative outputs
• Support the production of creative assets including short-form videos, social media visuals, and AI-assisted multimedia content
• Document AI workflows and support preparation of simple reports or presentations related to creative outputs and campaign performance
• Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate creative briefs into deliverables
• Proactively explore new AI tools, formats, and approaches to improve creative output and production efficiency
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
