Business Development Specialist - Employee Benefit Insurance

Maintaining existing business and generating new business opportunities by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations, and closing new Employee Benefit accounts. Developing prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business. Building and maintaining account existing database, including client relationships and providing oversight to account activity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Employee Benefit Staff in insurance company or brokers
• Deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product, especially Health Insurance Policy
• Proficient in Ms Office and preparing presentation
• Highly organized and work well in team environment
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
