Job Description
Collect unpaid debts from debtors by visiting them and negotiating suitable payment options. Analyze and report the results of visits and treatment. Coordinate with internal staff and related units regarding debt treatment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in banks and/or multifinance
- Own a motor vehicle and have a minimum SIM C
- Minimum SMU or equivalent
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good competence in the field of field collection (outdoor collection) for unsecured loans
- Strong persistence and orientation towards Target Achievement
- Able to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the use of Computer Applications and Microsoft Office
