Job Description
Collect and compile data for reports, support IT and operation teams, and maintain IT assets.
Requirements
- Collect and compile data for daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Support IT Team and the Operation Team to ensure the assigned team solved given issues through JIRA system.
- Keep track of ad requests from management.
- Assist IT team in meeting the request on time.
- Support Onboarding process (prepare working tools).
- Save and data all asset IT.
- Create and revise IT's SOP.
