Job Description
Analyze business processes, develop and evaluate core operational processes, drive improvement initiatives, and provide direction to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years working experience in Operation Excellence or Business Operations Improvements
- Attention to details, critical mindset and self driven to get things done
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root causes and creativity to solve problems
- Ability to multitask and deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
