Requirements

• 1-3 years of Outbound SDR/Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Ability to spend 3+ hours a day on the phone.
• Strong curiosity about how AI is shaping modern sales.
• Ability to write strategic emails and converse professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives.
• Willingness to work with others across the sales team and a desire to help build the future of the Ceros sales engine.
