Requirements
- Contribute to the collaborative construction of your project solution, autonomously, in alignment with your team's development process;
- Identify and signal possible risks in the progress of your activities, based on the metrics used, participating in the conception of alternatives to mitigate them;
- Contribute to the planning of project activities collaboratively;
- Define and explain your technical decisions, based on good design practices, detailing the solutions used, with the goal of rectifying and clarifying any doubts.
- Have at least 5 years of training in Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas;
- Write clean, resilient, and error-free code in the main execution flow, ensuring excellent unit/integration testing coverage and robust technical documentation;
- Identify and resolve complex problems in real-time, autonomously, using debuggers and log analysis;
- Master the software architecture of the project and be able to propose pinpoint improvements in the structure;
- Take well-founded technical decisions and be able to document them clearly through the creation and maintenance of ADRs (Architecture Decision Records);
- Have solid experience in development with Java and Python, advanced use of ORMs, and practical application of patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture;
- Have practical experience in containerized and orchestrated environments using Docker, Docker-Compose, and be able to operate with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis;
- Be familiar with code quality tools (SonarQube), automation in Linux Shell Script, and good practices of versioning in GitHub;
- Work autonomously within the SCRUM and Kanban frameworks, helping with agile estimates for the team.
- Have intermediate/advanced English for reading, writing, listening, and conversation;
- Have practical knowledge in Cloud Computing, K8S (Kubernetes), RabbitMQ, structuring of CI/CD, and observability/monitoring (ELK Stack, Prometheus);
- Have experience or knowledge in large-scale agility organizational methodologies (Lean, SAFe) and advanced concepts of Event-Driven Architecture, Design Patterns, and Microservices.
