The Outreach Manager is responsible for the management of daily operations of the Outreach team, recruitment, maintenance, training and scheduling of Outreach personnel, and community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Develops and implements a robust community outreach program
- Recruits, leads, manages, and coordinates the overall volunteer program
- Responsible for orientation, training, scheduling, retention, and dispersion of volunteers
- Represents the Kearney Center at community outreach events
- Assists with peer to peer fundraising recruitment, oversight, and outreach efforts
- Maintains a community presence through membership in various civic and professional groups
- Conducts analysis and provides regular statistical and activity reports on outreach efforts
- Evaluates all aspects of outreach program efforts for effectiveness
