Job Description
CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer II to represent the company as a technical expert on products, building relationships with customers and delivering a seamless user experience. The role requires technical customer interaction, with a focus on technical communication skills, and may require up to 20% travel.
Requirements
- Guide technical customers through the use and integration of CesiumAstro products
- Author technical application notes, user manuals, and white papers
- Transfer customer feedback to our product development teams
- Build long-term relationships with technical customers
- Rapidly understand, troubleshoot, recreate, and solve customer-reported anomalies
- Develop processes and procedures to structure product development and application
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the Business Development Team
