Senior EMC/EMI Engineer I

CesiumAstro is seeking a highly skilled Senior EMI/EMC Engineer to join our engineering team in the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our phased array communication systems meet all EMI/EMC requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Develop and implement EMI/EMC control plans
• Provide technical guidance to design teams
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct EMI/EMC testing
• Utilize simulation tools to model electromagnetic fields
• Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Investigate and resolve EMI/EMC-related issues
• Prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation
• Lead initiatives to improve EMI/EMC design practices, testing methodologies, and tools
• Mentor and train junior engineers
