CesiumAstro is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aerospace and technology, with a minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruiting within the aerospace industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or institution
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruiting within the aerospace, space, and/or defense industries
- Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering positions
- Strong networking skills and the ability to connect with passive candidates
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting (screening candidates, consulting with hiring managers, facilitating interviews, and extending offers)
- Proven ability to use creative recruiting techniques, such as cold calling candidates, planning and executing networking events, locating industry experts, or developing focused sourcing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority, technical requisitions at one time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
