Job Description
CetraRuddy is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership role focused on owning the successful delivery of complex architectural projects, from early design through construction.
Requirements
- Serve as the Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery
- Own project scope, schedule, budget, staffing plans, and fee management
- Lead project planning efforts, including work plans, consultant coordination, and construction planning
- Actively manage risk, change orders, and scope adjustments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Coordinate consultants and external partners
- Foster team cohesion, efficiency, and a high standard of execution
