Job Description
This Operations Administrative Assistant position provides essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Vanscoy terminal, supporting the local terminal team and other departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in standard office software.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years administrative/general office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of computers, software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Applications, ISN, EMIS, and SAP
