Operator-US

Join CF Industries as an Operator-US and contribute to providing clean energy to feed and fuel the world sustainably. This role involves carrying out processes such as loading and unloading product, storing product, and maintaining grounds and equipment. The successful incumbent will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and have the ability to work in a continuous operating environment. Shift work is required, with 12 hours rotating shifts, and incumbents are ‘on-call’ for 24 hours a day. The role involves exposure to hazardous chemicals and requires the ability to work in extreme environmental conditions.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Equivalent of 2 years college, Military/technical training, or related work experience
• Ability to understand and follow operating procedures
• Refrigeration knowledge commensurate with position level
• Good communication skills
• HAZMAT certified
• Ability and initiative to exercise independent or team-oriented action
• Basic computer skills and ability to data entry and information retrieval
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language
