Requirements

• Continually develop new prospects for Equipment Finance
• Possess a thorough knowledge of specialized equipment, structuring, pricing, and closing complex finance transactions
• Manage the origination process from start to finish
• Minimize equipment finance-related credit losses within policy-targeted levels
• Drive innovation and growth through partnership with senior management
