Job Description
The Case Manager will assist clients in the Psychiatric Urgent Care unit with co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, or other mental health urgent care needs, by providing clinical services and education. The primary focus is to support clients in obtaining services such as medication assisted treatment, intensive outpatient, therapy services, and relapse prevention groups.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
