• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within the designated timelines and budget constraints
• Assign tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition
